Vietnam Airlines have announced the first ever direct flights from UK to Vietnam, departing from Gatwick to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

Starting at £817 including charges and taxes, Vietnam Airlines have launched promotional fares for the new flights from UK to Vietnam which will begin on December 9.
The flights from UK to Vietnam are the first ever non-stop scheduled flights between the UK and Vietnam with new flights running from Gatwick's North Terminal departing four times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Up to 309 passengers will be able to enjoy direct travel to the two main Vietnamese cities on board a Boeing 777-200ER, which comes with economy, upper economy and business classes.
Tickets are expected to sell out quickly as flights from UK to Vietnam begin during the Christmas and New Year period.
